Gender Workshop – Second session
We worked for the well-being of our collaborators by executing the second session of the Gender Workshop; on this occasion the focus was on identifying opportunities for improvement in human relations that have been imposed by gender paradigms.
During the session we learned that behaviors and beliefs are originally influenced by society, and because of this, cultural stereotypes are created where gender is identified as either male or female, by how it thinks, acts and expresses.
Let’s unveil the root of why we behave the way we do and ask ourselves: Am I the person I want to be?
