We worked for the well-being of our collaborators by executing the second session of the Gender Workshop; on this occasion the focus was on identifying opportunities for improvement in human relations that have been imposed by gender paradigms. During the session we learned that behaviors and beliefs are originally influenced by society, and because of this, cultural stereotypes are created where gender is identified as either male or female, by how it thinks, acts and expresses. My Roots Contest Winners
We are happy for the participation of the families who entered our “My Roots” contest. My platform, my home, my family
Unity is strength, and on this occasion the HSEQ, Human Resources and Operations areas carried out a massive communication dissemination of Platform Responsibilities at the corporate level, which was aimed at our drillers with the objective of raising awareness and promoting a culture of safety. At Kluane we make sure that families interact and strengthen their communication bonds through creative dynamics that encourage union and love.
