In the Kluane work sites we developed the health week “Laugh a lot, live longer” from November 8 to 11, where we provide with the support of the ARL, talks and dynamic activities in order to sensitize all our employees to have healthy lifestyle habits; we highlight topics such as: Gastrointestinal and respiratory diseases, hearing health and psychosocial risk; in this way we strengthen the well-being of each one and positively impact on the reduction of common and occupational diseases that affect physical and emotional health. …

We worked for the well-being of our collaborators by executing the second session of the Gender Workshop; on this occasion the focus was on identifying opportunities for improvement in human relations that have been imposed by gender paradigms. During the session we learned that behaviors and beliefs are originally influenced by society, and because of this, cultural stereotypes are created where gender is identified as either male or female, by how it thinks, acts and expresses.
