Women’s day

Gender equity for Kluane is becoming more and more natural. Currently, in the administrative area of our headquarters we have 48% of women, while in the HSE, including office and projects, we have 57% of female colleagues. In the logistics area…… We have started hiring female personnel in the maintenance area and as field assistants. The organization, discipline, commitment, and creativity of women are essential for the fulfillment of the goals that Kluane has set for itself, both for its customers and in the generation of a workspace where we are happy. That is why we wanted, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, to recognize the drive, strength, and passion of our women, which is an example for all of us to do better.
